The Psychometric Aspect of the Bar-On Model (the measure)

Essentially, the psychometric aspect of the Bar-On model is the measure of the construct, which was created to assess the conceptual aspect of this model. More precisely, the EQ-i, EQ-360 and EQ-i:YV were developed to assess the Bar-On model of emotional-social intelligence.
